All orders are subject to availability. We accept payment through our secure checkout. Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide from our workshop. Standard shipping times are 5–14 business days. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.
Product Use
Our incense and ceramic objects are designed for everyday use. Follow the care instructions included with each product. Keep lit incense away from flammable materials and never leave burning incense unattended.
Limitation of Liability
Slow Cinder is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our products are decorative and lifestyle objects; they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
